Stephen Kent and Company Limited is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Swansea, South Wales. Established in 1996, the firm quickly developed a reputation for high standards of accountancy work and service to its clients. The firm and its principal Mr Stephen Kent are members of and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales and Mr Kent is also a member of the ICAEW Tax Facility. The firm offers a comprehensive general practice accountancy service to assist clients with their statutory obligations in respect of the preparation, completion and submission of accounts, self assessment, VAT and corporate tax returns.
